Enterprise Document Management

The Enterprise Document Management solution for the large UK based subsea power cables, umbilical systems & reeler package provider in the offshore energy domain, who required a huge amount of documentation to be done for each of their undersea projects involving sales, engineering design, planning, manufacturing and QA departments. We developed a multi-departmental documentation solution using SharePoint 2013 and Nintex covering invoice scanning, meta-data extraction, validation, multi-tier approval workflows and integrate with their ERP solutions. This enabled them to improve their invoice filing accuracy to 90% and brought better audit-trail and process automation

Enterprise Collaboration

Enterprise Collaboration for a UK based manufacturing company developing Semiconductors and LED-based smart lighting systems. They required to meet the increasing needs of document control and collaboration of various business functions to support their business growth. We developed an intranet collaboration portal for inter-departmental information and project management, provided a module on meeting management and workflow orchestration across different applications.
