To unify the onboarding training within their company groups situated at different parts of the world, an online onboarding training has been developed which includes the company legacy, board members details and their specialty of their service at each location have been emphasized in an interactive manner to keep the learner’s attention into the course. As a result, the deployment of the new onboarding course saved the HR’s manual effort in providing those details and 50% of the onboarding training cost.
Having greater logistic transactions and yearly once event-based safety training for the truck drivers was always a risk within their port. To overcome the challenge, our new solutions help them in making the training online and that can be tracked by the safety manager anytime to maintain the safety across their port. This solution also includes integration with the external application to track the training status of the user to generate the Gate pass for their port entry.
