UTKARSH - the new state-of-the-art global development center ESSPL was inaugurated near Infocity Square, Bhubaneswar today by Hon’ble Minister of State, Home, Shri Tusharkanti Behera, in the presence of Shri Manoj Kumar Mishra, IRTS, Secretary, Electronics & IT, Govt. of Odisha Shri Manas Ranjan Panda, Director, STPI, Bhubaneswar and Mr Sudhir Jaiswal, President & CEO ESSPL.
ESSPL is a global information technology services enterprise with local roots enabling logistics & supply chain operations for more than 27 years.
Speaking about the new facility Mr Sudhir Jaiswal, President & CEO ESSPL , said, “UTKARSH is ESSPL’s new state-of-the-art global development center in addition to its existing facilities, which will be able to accommodate over 300 developers. In the past few years, Bhubaneswar has emerged as one of the leading IT hubs in the country. The city has seen many bright talents over the years. Thatswhy, one of the critical objectives behind Utkarsh’s foundation has been to preserve local talent and foster the growth of superior talent for the future in this city.”.
As a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) registered green building project, ESSPL is deeply committed towards solar passive architecture, water conservation, renewable energy utilization, low embodied energy building material usage, and better ergonomic quality to enhance employee health & well-being. Our goal, in the coming years, is to achieve LEED Platinum rating which is the highest possible rating released by GBCI, India. The green development center with low carbon footprint will be a small contribution of ESSPL towards global climate change mitigation and an important step towards supporting the expanded growth plan envisioned for the company.
The inaugural event concluded with the mesmerizing performance by the Students from Ananda Marg High School, Balasore.
