The Problem mainly using The existing system of UIP for playback of recordings which is not convinent and require a license per user for playing/downloading the files .And no standard storage and playback available from Aspect for Voice and Screen Recordings .
Solution Delivered as proposed and with some additional support.
The users are able to search and play voice/video(Screen recording) files easily.
There is no additional licensing required for the users on per-user basis.
The recording and Metadata storage for 15 years Became Hassel free.
The users are able to download the voice/Video files in standard formats as Mp3and WMV.
