The standard project execution models followed at ESSPL are given below. These models can be customized to suit a client's specific needs.
Center of Excellence Model is designed for our long-term partners who want to avail all the benefits of Global Outsourcing without significant infrastructure investment. It helps in increasing your delivery bandwidth by extending your team at our location. A core team will take care of all your projects and retain knowledge across all projects. Resource management will be our problem.
Fixed Bid Model is used for projects with well-defined requirements. In such cases, we provide you project price and delivery schedule well in advance. Payments are linked to deliveries and we do resource deployment to meet the deadline in time.
Time and Material Model is the most flexible model that suits onsite consulting assignments. The payment is based on number of hours spent on the project. Based on type of work, suitable status reporting plan will be developed.
